Just had an amazing experience with Maliki, he's truly a great tech! The service was top-notch, and he really goes the extra mile with that personal touch. Seriously impressed with his skills and how he handled everything and his knowledge of the system. It's refreshing to get such great support with a friendly vibe. Definitely recommend him !!

I got a new AC/HEATING minisplit unit installed new. Honestly a little more than I was looking to spend but am very happy with the system so far. Viktor was great. He answered all questions and was very knowledgeable and sharing.

So thankful we had Troy from Top line Heating and Air out, he worked incredibly hard to make our home comfortable! He was incredible to work with and went above and beyond to get us financing that fit our budget even with less than perfect credit! They love to help their customers. Simply amazing.

I will update this review with any updates ... We've been trying for over 2 weeks to get a manager to call us back due to an improper install a year ago that has cause extensive water damage, to my ceiling and drywall. We needed to get a new air handler and heat pump. The first company that came out quoted us a crazy amount, top line came out second. And as other people have stated in their reviews, the salesman did not leave our house until we agreed on their service. He was in my living room for over 3 hours, when I told him we were going to get a third company's quote he called up his manager, and somehow dropped the amount $6,000 if we agreed for the install the next day. The whole experience was very uncomfortable, seedy, and sleazy but hey $6k is $6k.... Came out the next day with four people did the install, and we told them if the vents or any of the PVC need to be replaced make sure everything gets done correctly. A few months later the air handler was not working properly and was not keeping up temperature, we called for a service call. The rep could not figure out what the problem was and was here for hours and eventually said it was a shotty wire that he switched and

The sales rep Corbyn was wonderful, not pushy and helpful. It was a easy process and with explaination what would happen and seting up appointment time for install. They work well with your crazy work schedule. Which many people appreciate. Xavier and Mark was wonderful techs that did the install in their work and clean up and answered any questions that I had. So pleased with the fancy upto date high tech digital thermostat. All parts of equiment and supplies that where needed are new and everything is well designed. So super cool. Smooth sailing process, would highly recommend to others! Thank you so very much!
